Hi! It's Nykole. I was raised in an outwardly oriented, materialistically driven, entrepreneurial family in Aspen, Colorado. Yet, I have been drawn to a world beyond the veil for as long as I can remember. My introduction to astrology, tarot, and shamanism happened at my first 'Saturn Opposition,' a notable wake-up at age 14. After participating in my first healing circle, I knew that using my intuition to serve women was my calling.

As a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, I've been working intimately with clients since 1999, yet by no means have fast-tracked personal and relational growth. That took a descent to ground level, where a long, slow burn paid off, to express myself with calm confidence. Life shifted with mentorship in Relational Dynamics Astrology for seven years alongside mentorship in ground-level trauma healing  and spiritual coaching. I've found that I'm finally clear about energies, which are mine and not, which is immensely informative for navigating all aspects of everyday life with so much more freedom and fun. 

Ground 2 Crown is more than a brand name—it’s an invitation to become an active participant in your own embodied spiritual journey. It’s about focusing your energy, grounding in to uncover your intentions, rising up to meet your guidance, and making whatever you do—or don’t do—with it your own super-consciously crowned choosing.

As a highly sensitive and deeply psychic person, that's a dramatic oversimplification of what's gotten me here sharing grounded spiritual guidance-clearly stated. My empathic knowing has been tangled up with my traumas, slowly sorted out through 28 years of training on the Priestess Path in tantric and shamanic programs, through astrological and archetypal schools as well as in intuitive development and holistic healing mentorship. For 20 of these years I was burning myself out using my intuition to prove myself worthy, which I could no longer justify. 

I began my work with clients at the body-level as a massage therapist, slowly adding in somatic coaching, yoga therapy, guided meditation, energy balancing,  (Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy)  channeled guidance, and spiritual council. Now, I lead with astrology and intuition, using the former as vibrational remediations and remedies for working through challenges and bringing your wholeness into harmony. Guided process work is always available within session for the lasting changes that I'm known to facilitate.











 

I experience astrology as a language that is both expansive and concise. It puts us in touch with relevant quantum energies, which we tune into and treasure hunt through together. This can bring you into a wonderfully meaningful conversation with your soul, the ultimate healing experience I've been dedicated to prioritizing in my life and practice, with support. Whether you too want to shine as an awesome mom, a vibrant women, and a successful entrepreneur or prefer to source meaning in an entirely different way, our souls always guide us with specific ways to feel in purpose now. 

My spiritual journey has been wildly humbling every step of the way, knocked out many times, yet the humility I needed to re-parent myself alongside my two home birthed and homeschooled boys (10 and 13) was next level. By their side, I've risen to the task of healing codependency, the mother wound, alcohol addiction, ADHD symptoms, empathic person problems, and power-over dynamics while grieving the lack of expression and knowing I'd not had like they do.

I'm a Libra Rising with Pluto on my ascendant, meaning I've evolved by living out extremes. I've been both a powerful guide and transformer while suffering from my own soul-sickness of rage, shame, and guilt. Once diagnosed with bipolar disorder, my capacity to be genuinely neutral is a testament to the fact that we spiritual moms are truly dedicated to transformation. You're my people with whom I love channeling energy and information for our earth walk and soul growth simultaneously.




 

In true Libra style, relationships are my special interest, which is a lucky thing since there's no getting away from them—whether it's the relationship between planetary bodies and archetypal signatures in our charts and lives or those playing out with others. My function is to support you in harmonizing different energies from Ground 2 Crown- essential for feeling clear, calm, and confident in our own expressions as a grounded and guided women.
