I’ve journeyed through the astral realms offering soul-level messages ever since I was a teenager reading tarot cards and hosting psychic parties in my teepee on the Roaring Fork River.

Like many astrologers, I worshipped at the altar of Linda Goodman—tracking my crushes (and crises) through the lens of her books.

However, divination can only guide you so far without someone to walk beside you through the underworld—and back out again. With my Aquarian Moon, it took everything I had to descend from my starry throne and do the gritty, ground-level work of healing.

Over time, I came to see that my healing journey mirrored the maps that have always fascinated me—the heroine’s journey, the medicine wheel, the chakra system, and the horoscope. Walking these spirals looks different for each of us, yet share a universal arc of initiation, deconstruction, and recalibration.

It’s from this lived experience that I developed a framework called Center, Ground, Clear, & Crown—each a rite of passage, a development, and a phase designed to deliver real results.

These Soul-Time Spaces help you emotionally digest your life, revisit the skipped steps that keep you feeling stuck, and integrate insight offered through the oracles: your cards, your body, and your astrology chart—all of which speak simultaneously to your past, present, and future.

Through priestess initiation and spiritual mentorship, I learned to hold space for my inner channel and manage the energetics of my psychic self—using intention and energy tracking as core centering and channeling practices.

As a Reiki Healer and Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner, I center into my body as an oracle—cultivating calm for co-regulation, somatic tracking, and clear spiritual channeling.

That's the wonder of the wounded healer archetype: when you can't yet do it for yourself, do it for them—and watch the magic circle back to you.

For decades, I’ve been devoted to embodiment, ancestral healing and reparenting—beginning during a Relational Somatics internship (cued by breaking my neck). Feeling orphaned, I was adopted into my Earth Wisdom family, training with the Yraceburus through their Quero Apache lineage, journey work, and cyclical tracking systems.

Through shamanic practices and deep cyclical awareness, I’ve taken my energy back from my birth mother—and come to terms (enough) with this incarnation that Mama Earth feels like a safe place to land.

Now, guiding you to ground down and rise up through the chakra system comes from truly walking my talk. Though I've been a yoga instructor, somatic coach and shamanic practitioner for years, the 'star-baby" in me needed extra convincing that this Earth place (surrounded by these Earthlings) a safe place to manifest our desires.

I've studied Law of Attraction and personal growth for decades, to find somatic and ancestral missing links, and bring them into your foundational understanding.

I’ve spent the last five years deeply immersed in the Untangling Project—catching patterns and tracking cycles in my closest relationships.

By experiencing channeled insights, spiritual teachings, and energetic awareness woven into Internal Family Systems therapy, I moved through moments when the only way I could face my reactivity was because I knew exactly what it was doing to my people.

Inside a life with homeschooled children and a work-from-home husband, I’ve learned that clearing old dynamics and committing to calm changes everything. When I shift, everyone shifts.

Though it felt scary to upset the status quo, harmony is now more often the norm. Because I’ve tracked this entire journey through my family’s astrology (and for the people in my program), weaving relational wisdom into our sessions makes my inner mama-bear immensely happy. 

My love of learning astrology ran alongside my healing, but it wasn’t until I trusted that my soul was always with me—that I  recognized astrology as a language that connects us with our souls.

With astrology integrated into my life, I no longer resented the lessons nor the time it took it work through them.

When I was strong enough to ask from the ground and receive from the crown, I found Maurice Fernandez and said yes to his Evolutionary Astrology Comprehensive Diploma Program. Here, my knowing was validated: astrology is as much a processing tool as it is a predictive one.

Its greatest gift? Orientation—knowing where you are on your path and in your cycle, in this lifetime and across the evolution of many others. Once you have orientation, embodied wisdom kicks in, and your next steps simply reveal themselves one by one.

Astrology gives language to the soul’s reasons. It maps meaning onto both our pain and our potential. It reminds you that you’re not broken—you’re becoming, in your own right timing.

For me, that’s the medicine. On Earth, slow is the new fast. It's the only way our delicate, resilient human nature gives way to lasting transformation. Astrology provides context on Earth because it is an art of timing and when we find peace with time, we are empowered to do what we are called, when we are called. 

Slowly down to open up to my expression as a one-of-a-kind translator for the Divine has healed my deep wounds of being rejected as a deep seer and feeler. 

I grew up in Aspen at 8,000 feet, where I quickly learned to rise above my sensitivities and squash down my psychic insights. 

I gave that my best damn effort—but that’s not who I am or where happiness lives. 

It’s funny how we try to override what our bodies, emotions, and lived experiences refuse to let us forget—at least not without doing the deep work.

What I’m sharing now is my journey of descending in order to rise—without the chronic anxiety and high-sensitivity-symptoms that made me feel like I was the vulnerable one instead of the intuitive one.

I get it. People found temporary relief in trying to fix or control me. It took decades to recognize and reject those patterns. Capricorn Sea Goat? Absolutely. Easy scapegoat? Not anymore.

I’m a healer. A channel. And a woman intent on experiencing harmony—within myself, and within my relationships.

I started getting wise about this thing—called trauma—while interning at the University of Colorado’s Office of Victim’s Assistance.

I quickly discovered that tapping into the Truth inside our pain is just as consciousness-expanding as exploring the Truth within our potential.

Which, is exactly the medicine you'll find in our sessions.

That college chapter dropped me into Holistic Health Practitioner training, where I began walking with my wounds in a way that hinted at how satisfying this path would become.

So, I kept walking—earning an alphabet of credentials in the oracular and healing arts.

My Center, Ground, Clear, Crown framework is inspired by over twenty-five years in the field of personal development and healing—seeing clients, studying, and walking my talk.
